The workshops do not require any special equipment.

A few ingredients need to be bought in specialised shops.

- Ferrous sulphate powder: DIY store or garden centre.
- Poppy petals: herbalist’s shop. Avoid picking poppies, as they are very sensitive to pollution.

Do not forget to protect your clothing with an apron. The children should always be under the supervision of an adult. When picking plants, make sure that you are very familiar with the plant (beware of poisonous plants). Pick in a place far from all sources of pollution and rinse with water before using as ingredients.
